4th Floor Blues Club — Attraction in Richmond

Though a beautiful venue my wedding was a mess due to their end. Trash was still there upon arrival, No one was there to let us in when arriving on time to get ready on my wedding day. The elevator then broke with my bridesmaid in it between floors where they had to climb up to get out. They "used" the backup elevator but was not helping guest get to the elevator so I had elderly walking up four floors. They then worked on the elevator during my ceremony which made it impossible to hear music to walk down to and even hear our officiant. One another note the bar tenders never ID anyone so I had under age people getting alcohol straight from the bar getting extremely drunk. When called to confront them they denied everything and said they was not pulling their cameras to see because they said I was making things...

Very enjoyable time at the Chris Kattan show. The only complaint would be a long elevator line so we go looking for the stairwell and an employee on the fire escape was very rude to the patrons looking for stairs. The door to the stairwell was locked and it wasn't until the employee finished her smoke break that she walked past the elevator line saying if yall want to go down that fire escape then go right ahead....

The building was too cold. The caterer ran out of apps even before the scheduled start time of the event and the chicken meal was only a third of a chicken breast. The drinks were far too expensive and the single bartender made the line take too long. And the speakers weren't even working. Certainly...
