AT&T Store — Attraction in Ridgefield

The gentlemen running this store are very kind, patient, and helpful. They are very thorough in explaining things and re-explaining them as needed. They were especially considerate and polite with my elderly parents, and even though it was a long process due to internet problems at the store (not their fault), they made up for it with their excellent customer service and helping me find discounts wherever possible. I felt instantly welcomed and they were patient with all the questions I had, and were considerate of my specific needs. Walked in expecting the type of mediocre service I have become used to receiving from most other wireless stores but I was quite surprised at how professional and helpful the staff actually were. So much so that I have started telling people about this particular store if they ever need a phone. The staff here really know their stuff and get things done....
