David and his team are real professionals and they make the process easy. I have worked with David for about 10 years and his team has created the high end custom designed home music and theatre experience I desired. I have also used the home media team to put together a robust commercial grade computer network. Computer technology can have its trying moments and the Home Media Team has always been responsive and helpful. While they excel at high end I have also used the team for some other less sophisticated media needs. Based on my great experience I subsequently started using them for our business teleconferencing needs, introduced them to a local club where they were highly successful and most telling of all entrusted them to redo my father's IT and media setup...

These folks are absolutely top notch. We were having problems with our home media system. We have a complicated sound system that includes 11 speakers and several amps,…. The system had begun to fail more and more frequently.

HMD sent two expert media tech gentlemen to identify the problem and clean up what had become a cable management nightmare. They recommended a solution and installed it a week later.

At installation the media tech had trouble setting up the Sonos input. The gentleman took some notes and let me know that one of the engineers would review his observations and HMD would get right back to me. HMD sent a different tech THE VERY NEXT DAY to completely solve the issue.

I have owned high end HD projectors & audio equipment since 1998. Moving to Ridgefield CT in 2021, I was recommended Home Media and hired them for the house we were building for our media room, gym, family room and whole house internet access, etc. They did a great job guiding us on equipment selection and installing it all with great efficiency and precision ... but what really impressed me most was that 4 years later when one of the products I bought was broken beyond repair and unfortunately out of warranty coverage, Home Media replaced the product and gave me the wholesale price and free install which took several hours.
