A friend and myself played the new disc golf course, so my review will be based on it. The course is still new, and appears to not be finished, as the posts at tee boxes aren't numbered yet. However, the baskets are numbered. The course relies on hazards (mainly trees) to make it harder. The terrain isn't crazy, you'll just play around tons of trees. I myself am not as experienced as my friend, so I hit a lot of trees. I think the course could do with a little less. Although, pretty much every hole has multiple lines one can take to the basket. There are clean restrooms, covered BBQ grilling areas, picnic areas, fishing areas, a disc golf course (I counted at least 12 holes) and walking/jogging/ cycling trails, plenty of parking, boat launches and even restaurants on the water right next door.
