Hagan Catering & Hospitality — Attraction in Riegelsville

Where to begin! Hagan catered my wife and my wedding on 11/1/25 at our church in Bethlehem, PA. From setup to breakdown, the service staff and bartenders were so kind to our guests and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable to come up for seconds! We had three guests with celiac (severe gluten allergy) and Brandee Hagan worked with me through the planning process to ensure that she could source a safe and delicious meal for those guests. The food that was prepared and served by Hagan Catering was better than I could have ever imagined. We selected the Mac and cheese, harissa glazed carrots, roasted potatoes, pork belly, roasted chicken, and orecchiette. We also did the ribs, elote corn, and poutine as starters before the meal was served. All of which was so incredible- dozens of our guests came up to us and were raving about the food through the entire reception. For our wedding of 55 guests, this was so much more than enough food- all of the extra food that was not eaten was carefully packed away for us to take home. It was all put into large metal trays, and styrophome clamshell containers were left for us to divvy out leftovers to whoever wanted to bring them home. My wife and I are very happy to have another 11 meals out of the leftovers that we brought home so that we do not need to cook! We also sent food home with other family members. From start to finish, Hagan Catering made the planning, menu selection, setup, cleanup, and follow up a breeze. I could not recommend them...

We loved working with Hagan's for our wedding of 100 guests! They went above and beyond, helping me plan our bar menu with signature cocktails, food menu, and even gave me tips for the tablescape. They provided a shopping list of everything to buy for the bar, which was a huge help while I was juggling all the other wedding details. They were also willing to pivot last minute when needed.

The food was amazing and our guests are still talking about the beef short ribs and tostadas. The bartenders were fantastic, efficient, attentive, and willing to accommodate guest requests. Throughout the entire process, they always responded to emails and communicated effectively, making planning stress-free.

We are so grateful for the role they played in making our wedding day perfect and highly recommend them to any couple planning...

We had the lovely opportunity to work with Hagan Catering at a recent event. Their venue is amazing, so much space and endless possibilities. Really loved how much space and yard they have outside to work with! Food: They had an entire taco bar set-up with all the best toppings, and it was seriously to die for: fresh gauc, homemade queso, juicy and perfectly seasoned barbacoa AND sofritas.. amazing. The food was fresh, delicious, and sooo much better than what is normally at most weddings/large events. My favorite might have been the churro ice cream and cinnamon waffles served at for dessert. I literally could eat 12. I haven't stopped thinking about them seriously. Thanks for feeding your vendors! ;) I'd recommend Hagan Catering & Hospitality to anyone for both their event space and their delicious...
