These guys are awesome! Bought a Herman Miller Aeron around two years ago and since the arms have gotten loose. Called them up to see if it was still covered under warranty and they told me to bring it in and they'll fix it free of charge! Left it with them for a couple of days. Today, when I went to pick it up, they've cleaned it, painted it, and replaced the damaged parts, free of charge! I offered to pay something but they insisted that it wouldn't be necessary.
