Goodwill of Greater Washington Retail Store — Attraction in Rockville

Came on a Thursday evening at 5:15pm The cashier was some Russian lady - she has an ATTITUDE problem!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE - YOU WILL BE DISCRIMINATED - has ZERO customer service and i was treated badly because she THOUGHT I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO PAY after i repeatedly explained that i needed to unfreeze my card. She rang up the next guest which I didn’t mind but then she completely ignored me and then continued to ring up other guests after and yelled at me “You don’t have the money! Come back when you do!” LIKE EXCUSE ME????? I just repeated myself 4 times to please give me a moment, i’m unfreezing my card! NO THANK YOU!!! And I hope she sees this to receive feedback - she was extremely rude and judgmental, and impatient. This is a freaking Goodwill - please reframe from acting like you’re better than the people...

This place is on Rockville Pike so I thought it would be promising. Generally you can find a surprise in one of these places - a cute designer dress, maybe some nice glasses or dishes, usually there’s a cool find that you can get excited about. I’ve come to this place three times now, and yet again I am walking out with nothing in my hand. Everything just seems pretty used and used again. Or it just looks worn and old. I did not look for any men’s clothing items only women’s and I did not look at the children’s section - so if you’re looking for those types of items you may have a different result. If you ARE looking for household finds, or a cute top in Women’s - There is not much here to get excited about it so I don’t think...

Normally I have no issues with donating items at this location nor purchasing. However, the donation drive thru is seriously lacking customer service. I tried to donate items today but no one was standing in the designated area. When I drove a bit further. An employee was just sitting in a closed off area in the shade. I told him I was donating items. He projected nothing but attitude as if I was bothering him. This is not the 1st time I've had a negative encounter with the same exact employee.
