I purchased what appeared to be very good quality flannel shirts for my husband. After about two washings the shirt shrunk dramatically. I returned to the store and was told that since it had been washed they couldn’t do anything for me. Well unfortunately shirts don’t shrink until they are washed; and since I had not washed or dried them in very hot water or dried at high heat I didn’t think they should have shrunk. I had purchased three of these shirts and felt that the store should stand behind their products. I will not shop at this store again.

Even big box stores like Walmart stand behind their products and will gladly allow you to return items that are not up to standard. They never tell their customers “we will contact our vendor”. Telling a customer that is the same as too bad we can’t do anything!!!

So today I spoke face to face with the owner they refuse to stand behind the products they sell stating we are not a “big box” store; and that is exactly why I started shopping there. I thought they were better than that. I expect a store selling what I hoped was quality apparel to also stand behind their products. Well I was wrong they WILL NOT!! So I am done with this store and I will inform friends that I told about this great store to stay away. Don’t waste your money...

I came in Saturday looking for some polo carhartt shirts. I came in early about 9am and began looking through their selection and found they had either smalls or 3/4xl's. I found one large shirt in a color I didn't want but I needed something. Going up to the register I saw about 5 shirts in a number of different colors that looked about my size. I asked the women about them and she said an employee put them aside for themselves but hasn't paid yet. There was a 40% sale happening and I dont mind at all if companies let their employees shop during the sale. But you should be making sure you have enough in stock to also give your customers what they are...

They were out if layer pellets when I arrived (my fault, I should have called ahead) so I got the special layer mash on a whim, which has added diatomaceous earth and calcium.. Mind you, I'd been getting about one egg a day. Yesterday I was surprised to find 10 eggs in the coop. The prices are also unbeatable. This is a family owned business and the family is also very kind and deal well with my rambunctious 5 year old (even when he was a toddler!). They even took my number and called me when the pellets were back in stock. I'll happily make the 45 minute trip from Roanoke rather than supporting a...
