Had a wonderful experience. I purchased a mattress about nine months ago that decided to dip on my side of the bed. It was so bad that when I rotated it I literally had to roll uphill to get out of the bed. I called schewel's the next day and they sent out someone immediately to assess the problem. They decided that I needed a new mattress and told me that the manager would call me. One day later she did and let me know that I would be given a credit for what I had already paid and to come in and pick out a new mattress. I just left and it was a very painless process. My new mattress will be delivered Monday. I would recommend schewel's to anyone looking for a mattress or any of the other products they sell. From the day I purchased my mattress to today the customer service has been awesome.
EDIT and UPDATE
My replacement bed started having issues after only a few days so I have concluded that Spring Air mattresses are not a quality product. Schewels sent a couple of their employees out to check it out and agreed with me as one of them laid on the bed. The issue is that the pillow top remains stretched but when you lay on it you feel all of the hills and valleys. I haven't been able to sleep on it regularly for awhile now because when I do my legs want to cramp and I wake up with severe back pain as well as neck pain. Schewels had to contact Spring Air because it would be the second mattress and I completely understood that. I still stand by my statement that Schewels has fantastic customer service. A representative from Spring Air contacted me and was finally able to make it out. I already could tell from his demeanor that he was just there for show. Today I received a text because apparently Spring Air doesn't have the decency to call to let you know that you have wasted your money and that you're going to have to throw away the mattress because you can't sleep on it. I still highly recommend Schewels Furniture Company however I can't promote Spring Air Mattresses. This is the text from the Spring Air representative:
"Mr. Pridgen Spring Air turned down replacement of your mattress, it has to have a 1.5 inch depression to qualify. You still have a long warranty if it reaches that point we will look at it again. "
In other words he is telling me that I have to continue to suffer until the fabric stretches out further.
This was my response:
"If you were to lay on it you would have felt a much bigger depression than that. There are hills and valleys throughout it. I can't even sleep on it so apparently it was a waste of my money and it is very obvious that Spring Air cares nothing about customer satisfaction. I only make so much on my disability after six brain surgeries and purchasing this mattress was a huge investment for me. I already knew that Spring Air was going to wiggle their way out of it. "
For one of their products to fail I would have chalked it up to being a fluke but two says a lot about the quality of their products.

About three weeks ago I decided to go ahead and purchase another Mattress. This time I decided to go with a Simmons Beautyrest, an actual name brand product. I went with the gel infused memory foam top with the insulated springs inside and let me tell you that this mattress is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever slept on. The salesman John was very helpful and his suggestion on this particular mattress was spot on. From the first night on my neck and back feel great when I wake up again. Now the lady who wrote my purchase up was amazing and I'd give her a 5 star review but the person who did my financing agreement was not. When I told her I did not have the full amount and would come back later she insisted that they would take a lesser amount as a deposit. However she instead tried to take out the full payment and officially took every dime I had out of my bank account. I have been on the phone multiple times this morning and they are continuing to act as though this is somehow my fault and they still want me to pay today to pick up the item which obviously I cannot do because they took the whole of my bank account yesterday and did not void it in time. Read moreNOT FOR THE CUSTOMERS! Bought a mattress set from them and have already have had to have it replaced twice. This last time went to store, complained that this one was sagging, dipping just like the 1st set. Sagging where the extra support is suppose to be since it was a back support mattress. It took them over 2 weeks to call an set up appointment just to come look at it. Store manager calls and says I just need to upgrade when replacing it this time. That is fine but they offered NO discount. Its not my fault they are inadequate furniture. When replacing since the box springs didn't have to replaced, they were the same. They took $180 off my return set but only $120 off the new set I have to purchase. Makes no sense. Very rude service. When I asked for supervisor's name was given a gentlemen that has been retired for atleast 2 years....
