Horrible customer service. The bowling itself wasn't terrible except for the fact that our balls didn't come back through the ball return. Our group made it known multiple times that they weren't coming back and the girl at the front desk was very short and rude about it. We waited about 20 minutes before she had us change lanes. One girl from our group went back to our original lane to get the ball she had been using. Could look better , might need a makeover, but you can still have a good time here, they need to not severe alcohol if there are kids in the building, and they should make a children bowling league, or bowling classes.
