Kangaroo Jake's — Attraction in Rome

Booked a party for my 3 year old. I was told I would receive a call to confirm reservations and add any extras to our package. No call so I called myself and spoke with a gentleman who I told I would like to add a few extras such as tokens, ice creams etc... to our package and he, apparently, just ignored the entire conversation because I had to reiterate upon arrival to the on hand staff. Nothing was organized. When we went to pay our balance we were told the complementary t shirt was out of stock in my sons size. No big deal, we asked for a deduction... no they don't do that. I was told I would get a phone call the following week to come pick the t shirt up when it was back in stock. That was 5/13.... still no phone call. The birthday boy and his guests had a blast, but evidently the bathrooms were disgusting with poop all over the boys restroom yesterday. We didn't get a gift or guest list as promised in the party package or the birthday boy's kangaroo t-shirt, got minimal participation from the employee that was the party host unless we specifically requested something. The party room was clean, the staff were helpful when approached and otherwise left us alone. All inflatables were in working order except one, snack bar was prompt and stocked, prize choices were poor for ticket exchange, party room temperatures were uncomfortably hot, but inflatable gym was kept a comfortable temperature, and carts were available before and after the party time to transport stuff to and...

We had a small party for my son's 3rd birthday party and used one of the party rooms. I have to say that there were some mess-ups, such as the fact that our pizzas were about 45 minutes late. However, the manager apologized for the inconvenience and allowed us to get all four pizzas for free and we got two complimentary water bottles/mugs. So for that reason, and because I believe that everyone deserves a second chance, my husband and I do plan to take our son (who is now 4) and our daughter there again soon.
