I called and left a message about a product they had online. No one called me back although I requested it in my message. I called during their business hours between 10:30 - 5:30. Odd hours, but okay. I did get someone in the phone and asked if they still had the unit and their hours of operation. Website said there was only 1 unit, they actually had a couple more that failed to tell me about. Another oddity in my book. Why won't you try and get me in the door? So we go after work racing the clock to make it. They did not tell me that it was extremely damaged, I guess I should have asked. The picture does not show all the damage. No one came out to greet us, total ghost town. We saw absolutely no one. We stopped, looked, and left. I do not believe they are out to sell scratch and dent appliances. We won't be back nor can we fathom this place getting the high rating it shows. Makes you wonder what they do actually...

I have used this place previously and was well satisfied. I have been trying to get my Grandaughter a washer and dryer. I went here a couple of times but no one was there. There was however 2 numbers on the door to call for assistance. I called one number No answer. I called the second number and a young man answered and said they do not have any washers but they do have dryers. He said his dad the older guy that l had seen in the past was having health problems and wasn’t working right . He said he has another job but was trying to help his dad at the shop as well. He said he could meet certain days. I told him l will let you know. My husband actually found one the next day. I do understand this young man’s ordeal. I admire him for helping his father. Purchased a dryer . First one only worked a day . Once contacted I was told o would have to pay another fee for them to pick it up to exchange . Once exchanged this drying seemed to be ok . But now this one has went out too . I purchased this dryer in March 2025 . Poor communication. I was told to go on the website to do a work er, I heard from anybody. Times are hard and they basically just took my money .. no one is trying to honor this . … Do not purchase any appliances from this establishment.....
