Edit... same day
My point is exactly proven by their response. We wanted different pens brought them back brand new in the box never opened willing to pay to get a pen not designed for salt nicotine. And they are replying with you got what you asked for. No we did not. They would not take back The vape device. I wasn't walking out the door with a juice that was not designed for the pen. We did not want those vape devices and were willing to pay the difference. Calling your customers childish for posting their experiences? There are no other accounts. I'm complaining to all my friends that vape if they choose to post that's up to them

My girlfriend went in for an education. And ended up with salt nicotine. We tried to take the pens back and we tried to take the juice back. She said 5mg but there was a mix-up in the explanation. The store basically called the customer stupid instead of trying to fix it for us. we wanted and we're willing to pay whatever it was to upgrade to get away from salt nicotine which is what we did not want. They called her an idiot for explaining what she wanted wrong. They didn't give her an explanation and explain that there is a different type of nicotine. Now we are both sitting here coughing with pens we hate. Have caution with these people. they will basically call you an idiot and tell you it was what you wanted, instead of being helpful and teaching you or doing what it takes to make things right. Be safe order your stuff online.
Thinking that 5 mg is closer to 6 mg and is what your vaping in a commercial pen is a mistake a customer makes. Not a store who's trying to educate people. If they would stopped and told her the words salt nicotine and took the time to explain things. she/we would have bought a vape device designed for the juice that we are trying to vape. Not been strong armed into vaping a salt pen by a store that's too busy to explain that there are multiple types of nicotine.
Assault pen.. That's how it feels...
Read moreUpdate: The owner contacted me and remedied the situation. Replaced the vape, and I'll make sure to keep packaging in the future. It's unfortunate that the manufacturer has such strict return requirements, but that's not Smokeless Solutions' fault. Preserving the original review below to show they still go out of their way to take care of their customers:
Have been a customer for years. Originally started going to the shop on Harvard when it was Vape Crusaders, where my first experience was great. A different shop had sold me my first vape but with the wrong coils, and these guys set me up right and didn't even charge me. Vastly different experience this last month. First, the Stephen's location sold me a new vape which was not intended for salts, which I didn't realize. Went in to get a coil replacement which is when I was informed it was dangerous to use salts in the vape they sold me. They were unable to issue a refund or swap, so I had to buy another new vape. Less than a week later, it stops holding a charge. I had the vape, and the receipt. But I didn't have the original box. No refund, no replacement, nothing they can do. I've recommended this shop to everyone I know for years, now I'll suggest they go online where it's cheaper....
Read moreThis is not a company to work with. They are rude and unhelpful. I bought merchandise from them and minutes later found it faulty. I went back in and was basically told they wouldn't help me, nor would they make it right. They took my money and i have nothing to show for it. Won't ever go there again, nor should anyone else! I see you responded, however there was something wrong. The tank wouldn't stay together. The young man had a problem with it as well. The girl working there was rude and wouldn't listen. It had nothing about going to the "competition" it had more to do with not getting any customer service from your employees. Your competition didn't swindle, corhorse, or anything else I needed a working tank and he was very helpful, whereas i wasn't getting any help from the kiddos working for you. I was basically told can't help you. I bought the tank went to my car to put it on my mod and things weren't right. Took it back upstairs within 10 minutes. So, you aren't catching the full story from your employees. There was a problem, but apparently a tank that won't screw together properly doesn't count. Nor the factthat the young man had a problem...
