Im a Delivery Driver for an Auto Parts store here in Roseburg- Last friday, while on a Delivery, I was headed down Stephens towards Downtown when I saw a guy on a bicycle, carrying a pizza, fresh from Little Ceasars- as he passed Advance Auto Parts, a gust of wind caught his pizza box and the whole thing flew out onto the Ground- he threw the empty box in anger and kept going- ✧\(>o<)ﾉ✧I pulled off and stopped him, letting him know that it was an accident, and Little Ceasars would take care of him- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯and that I would vouch for the Loss- his Name was Clayton- So I called Little Ceasars to let them know what had happened- I even snapped a few pictures of the pizza just in case they wanted proof- but the Manager I spoke with was rude and abrupt, saying he "failed to see how it was Little Ceasars Problem" and that he would not honor any sort of replacement. Suprised, and a little Shocked, I hung up and returned to my Auto parts Store, where a customer had just came in saying his water pump had broken, throwing the fan blade into a radiator he had just bought from us- to which my manager said that he would Honor a warranty replacement- Because The customer is more important than a trivial accident... So getting back to the pizza, I looked at the pictures i had taken, it was a 5$ pepperoni pizza- FIVE DOLLARS.... But its not Little Ceasars problem... I saw clayton leaving there the next day, verry disappointed looking. And i felt bad, My thinking that Little Ceasars would go above and beyond for a customers loyalty was wrong, So I had basicly lied to Clayton. (ب_ب) So I guess its also not Little Ceasars Problem that I wont be ordering from there anymore. And I hope anyone reading this does the same.

They were a little bit busy when I got there, so I didn’t even open the box to look at the pizza which was my fault, when I got home and opened it, there was Italian seasoning, butter, and Parmesan cheese on the pizza which we did not order… so the Littles would not eat it, I did try a piece, and it was not very good! I called the restaurant asked what it was. They explained to me as I stated Parmesan cheese butter in Italian seasoning and all they said was sorry about that, they think I was given the wrong pizza , and I said that explains why my grandkids will not eat it and he said oh well that’s one of the options. We have. Sorry about that! I understand mistakes happen, and things go awry, but he didn’t even try to offer to make it right…I’m a little disappointed…😞

Little Caesars is awesome super cool people that work here they're always doing something new and different with the food you can't get barbecue chicken so that's really one of the only downfalls but highly recommend the following Order a crazy bread cook light extra stuff they know what that means. Get a stuffed crust pepperoni sausage extra cheese with Italian seasoning and Parmesan over the whole pizza. Those are my recommendations for this Little.

Little Caesars is awesome super cool people that work here they're always doing something new and different with the food you can't get barbecue chicken so that's really one of the only downfalls but highly recommend the following Order a crazy bread cook light extra stuff they know what that means. Get a stuffed crust pepperoni sausage extra cheese with Italian seasoning and Parmesan over the whole pizza. Those are my recommendations for this Little.

I'm writing this from my toilet. I've been here the last 20 minutes, and I've decided to post this, after mentally running down all the food I had yesterday. I had 2 hard* boiled eggs, a yogurt, some avo toast with bread I made (cooked to 192°F), and Little Caesars. I ate 3 pieces. The first wasn't so bad, the second had a slight taste of nail polish on the crust, and the third numbed my tongue after touching the crust/salt. I assume it's some sort of industrial grade cleaner on the pans or just some sort of contamination on the cheese sticks they put into the crust. As a former Little Caesars manager, I've never experienced a numbing sensation akin to lidocaine from a pizza. That was the second time I bought the Reggie of pizza since working there 10 years ago, and now I don't think I'll ever go back. As I waited for my food some of the workers incited my thougt on, 'what are the cultural differences between emo and goth?' I just hope you don't all...

Came here pretty often and didnt ever have any problems till tonight, so anyone else that comes here and doesnt have problems power to ya. Idk if whoever on shift was having a bad day or what, but my order was straight up gross. Absolutely no sauce, the cheese and peperonis that were on there were grossly thrown together like the sloppiest pizza ive ever attempted to eat, no cheese or peps within like 2 inches of the crust either! All in the middle and and on that note, i couldnt even eat it lol. Went to call to arrange a replacement for the next day but it was past the time they closed as if they knew if i called to complain they would be closed by the time i called. Very disapointed and probably wont even try to get a replacement order at this point tbh i just wont go back. Major bummer. I also cant figure out how to add pictures, but trust it was beyond...
