My wife and I were 1st time boat buyers and expectedly nervous about our oncoming big purchase. After months of looking I found a used Cobalt at Gull Lake Marine I wanted to see. I inquired about the boat on boat trader and very quickly heard back from Brett Mumy. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the exact Cobalt I was interested in (even with hundreds of boats for sale on site). We set up a showing at the best time for me and the boat was everything he said it was down to every little detail. Brett spent extra time in his busy day to make sure all my questions were answered. He was not pushy and didn't pressure me. I felt right at home like I was talking to a buddy of mine about this particular boat. Any concerns or fears I had being a first time boat buyer were put to rest. I decided that day after meeting Brett and seeing the quality of their facilities/boats I wanted to buy the Cobalt I had seen online. The financing was a snap and hassle free! Brett walked us through every step and was always a phone call or email away with the answers to every "silly" question we had. Long story short, we just had the boat delivered by the Gull Lake team 4 days ago and it is everything we had hoped and more. Spotless and ready for summer!

I was looking to buy a new crest tritoon in a very high-end model from the store. I was working with Darren who said he would look into finding a demo with crest. Darren stopped communication and stopped responding. Disappointed as the boat I was trying to demo was over 100,000. Not the service you would expect for a potential customer.
