The Dock at Bay View — Restaurant in Ross Township

Music was HORRIBLY LOUD!! I will never go back because it was THAT LOUD. One man band. Ordered food... My date ordered as his main course a Caesar salad I ordered a side salad with no tomatoes and no onions. Our salads came we're drunk we're dropped in front of us and the waitress took off. We knew immediately there was AA problem as mine was covered in tomatoes and onions and his was a teeny tiny plate full of romaine lettuce and nothing else it definitely was not a Caesar salad and it was not a $10 salad more like a 99 cent salad. We didn't eat our salads because they weren't what we ordered but nobody ever came back until I ec until our main course was delivered and of course by then you don't want your salad. She asked if we would like to have our salads taken off our bill I felt like saying no we want to pay for salads that we didn't get what we ordered and didn't eat...lol .. I ordered a Patty melt my meat was hard small not not hot it was so not hot that the cheese on it had firmed up again. It was probably the worst patty melt I've ever had in my life and I love Patty melts. Is my date ordered a appetizer platter which was huge and not hot. Very disappointing meal. I ate a quarter of my sandwich...mostly bread and cold. I would...

I would give this place less than one star if I could! They don't have it together at all! The food was okay, but the person sitting next to me was served a pizza and was finished with it before anyone else in our party of 16 got anything! Then half of our party was served and were finished before anyone else got anything. The next 4 got their food and were done with it before the waitress noticed that the remaining 4 had received nothing! She said she would tell the kitchen that food was missing, but didn't apologize for the inconvenience. Finally the remaining 4 were served and I received the wrong food and my salad didn't come until I said something about it. Still no apology about the poor service! This was totally unacceptable and we should have at a minimum had the manager apologize to us and comp our late food! I will never go back there again and wouldn't recommend it to...

Very poor service, went to see the Bob Seger tribute last night had put down a table for 10, checked in at 7:10, band didn’t start till 9. I understand you can’t guarantee seating. But when you constantly let people in instead of taking care of the ones that showed up early and not bother to get seating around for them, very poor service will not go again. Also the staff was yelling at you because you had no where to stand and telling you that you need to find someplace to go is a total joke. The other hostess kept walking by, again no where to stand and rolls her eyes!!!! Order mozzarella sticks waited over an hour and a half and have the gall to say didn’t know where you went I couldn’t find you!!!! Lost out because all 10 of us would have ordered food. And drinks!!!
