The Croatian Center — Attraction in Ross Township

The lack of communication between the staff and Zarko was non-existent. We told Zarko what we wanted, he said it would be done. None of it was. And when the staff was asked about it, they always said "I don't know." The staff was asked asked to clean our wedding topper, they took it. Broke it. (And no my groomsmen did not knock it out of anyone's hand.) Then tried to blame my guests, then just tossed the topper in the garbage without saying anything to anyone. Told Zarko during the final meeting that we wanted to "upgraded" to Titos for Titos and lemonade. (And yes I said it multiple times in the final meeting that I wanted Titos and lemonade, because it is the only thing I drink besides Patron) but Zarko said he could do that, but what he didn't tell us, was that they don't serve lemonade. After multiple texts and calls to Zarko he decides to come to "fix things." After we had fixed things, and after DJ sent his own staff to buy lemonade with his own money. (Well at least their lemonade didn't taste like trash like what Zarko ended trying to serve.) The only thing they did right was the food was delicious. But the staff just had no idea what was going on, and made for a very frustrating start to our wedding (I changed it to 1 star cuz I see the staff likes to lie just as much as Zarko does. I asked all my groomsmen, the one that asked it to be cleaned was sober and said they took it (still in 1 piece) and cleaned it and when they returned it directly to him broken. Of course the staff will lie, don't want to be seen as careless,...

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! 10000/10 recommend this venue to anyone! Zarko is so easy going and he takes all your concerns and wants and he makes miracles happen! I had my wedding here in September it was amazing! The food was OUTSTANDING! I got so many compliments on the food ,the venue , the space ,and the service! Very clean and up to date on style and decor.

Went here for a wedding.the decor was beautiful. The wedding was scheduled to be outside, but the weather didn't permit. They made accommodations for the inside. The food was delicious.
