Hair Cuttery — Attraction in Runnemede

Called for a child’s wash cut and blow dry, they get the name wrong over the phone but that’s besides the point, our appointment was @1:30 we get there at 1:20 and wait while the girl walks back and fourth, finally get my child into the chair. The stylist Karina asks what we want we show a photo for reference. She starts and forgot to wash my child’s hair so I reminded her we were getting a wash, she washes my child’s hair and then starts to chop her hair, and chopped and chopped. Mind you she’s cursing while talking to me about concerts in front of my seven year old. This woman is heavily medicated! and it’s obvious and her arm is wrapped up in a bloody wrap and it looks very gross and unprofessional! She kept looking over at her work associates waiting for someone to help her because she obviously didn’t know how to do a layered bob like we asked for and they were busy so she keeps chopping until I stand up and say that’s enough and tell her how upset and disappointed I am in her demeanor and I’m professionalism, she runs to the back and hides instead of offering help or to get help from someone else! Thankfully one of her associates helped fix my daughters hair, at this point I’m in tears and my daughter is too! I would never go here again no manager on site either! Only gave one star so I could make this review so nobody else makes the mistake I did today! Horrible horrible, stay away. I should have known better after they fried my sisters hair 7 years ago.. but my boys had been going for 2 years now getting basic male cuts and all had been fine. My oldest had grown out his hair much longer than his previous visits and wanted a different cut. Big mistake apparently. The stylist, Alyssa, chopped up his entire head all around, nothing is the same length anywhere. She unevenly chopped the front of his hair and gave him bangs that vary from below the eye to above the eyebrow. He looks like shaggy from Scooby-Doo , mixed with Jim Carey in dumb and dumber. I left my feedback with corporate and this location as well expecting a call back to fix his 40$ bowl cut mullet but have yet heard anything back. The stylist needs more time as a trainee and learning how to cut hair , along with etiquette on talking to your clients. Not rushing through a tea tree shampoo and massage treatment. She didn't even show him his hair in the back, probably out of guilt. My son still gave an $11 tip as that's what he was told to do but came home unhappy and self-conscious. Go...

My son in law was trying to get his beard done. There was this stylist that would do a great job but after two times. We started to notice that Julia was disappearing more often and was not available. Then we tried booking an appointment for beard today July 29,2024 had appointment available till 2:30 pm all were gone after I booked for 1:15 pm. Went to salon said Julia went to break dont know when she coming back. Then few min later saying she is not coming back. So you are lying to us. Roxanne did my Son in Law beard and we showed the picture and explained. Yet she still messed up the beard. First she cut the beard to short and then messed up the mustache. Of course when that happened my daughter spoke to her. Then my daughter told Roxanne to just remove the beard because she messed up so badly that my son in law didnt even like it. I cannot believe these people here did this. I am highly upset. Senior stylist and all this yet cannot get things done correctly.
