The Vault is maybe the best kept secret in Barrington. Nj. Myself and my wife decided to check out the Vault on Easter. We heard the food was amazing and it is. When you walk in we were greeted immediately by the host and seated. The menu offered lots of different choices. My wife ordered ravioli with shrimp in a blush sauce. The portion she received was large and they didnt skimp on the shrimp. This dish tasted as good as you would find in an upscale restaurant. I decided to go with my favorite dish: spaghetti and meatballs. Again nice portion amazing garlic bread. Both dinners came with choice of soup or salad. We also had an appetizer which was cheese steak in an egg roll format. Really great. So we had appetizer, 2 meals, garlic bread, 2 drinks and ordered 10 wings to go which we ate later and were great. All this: $50.00. The prices are very reasonable. Keep this in mind . This is a normal looking bar from the outside. From my experience when you see establishments like this they have the best kitchens and food. There is plenty of seating and good music. Check this place out....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHoly daily specials galore! Irish Hill Tavern has been on my radar because they must have some of the most favorable pocket friendly specials around, including on weekends!
The specials aren't just for the food, but for the drinks as well. This is a spot where you get your money's worth. You may not be getting high-end gourmet bar fare, but you're not going to be dissatisfied. Irish Hill has a local bar feel to it and has a great vibe to watch the @philadelphiaeagles beat the snot out of the opponent (who are we kidding, they'll give us anxiety every week š). Pictured is a double cheese burger with fries, garlic buffalo wings, maple bbq wings, pierogies, and some chicken fingers for the kiddo. All of this with drinks and tip came to about $50. Pretty good deal if I must say so myself. Give them a follow on Instagram or Facebook as they post their specials and go get yourself a good meal without the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went with my 2 daughters. They had cheeseburgers with bacon l&t and fries. They said they were very tasty. I wanted an entree so I tried the Italian Trio. It was just ok. (after all its not meant to be an Italian Restaurant) The salad and garlic bread were delicious. The prices are really really reasonable! I cannot wait until the new work is completed and it has an Irish Kitchen Restaurant appeal. I am under the impression that is forthcoming. I want to support these small businesses now more than EVER! So,best of luck to Mr. Donahue in this new endeavor!! It will be great!! Thank you for thinking of us Irish lasses and lads! Lol š and for everyone else to have yummy food and drinks for all to be Merry again! Slainte!! (Cheers to good health in Gaelic)for those who...
