I cannot say enough great things about this tow company and repair shop! My car broke down unexpectedly, and I was in a stressful situation, but AJ, my tow truck driver, completely turned the experience around. He arrived right away, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and respectful, and reassured me that I was in good hands. He told me about their company’s 24-hour repair shop and took my car there.

From the moment my car arrived at the shop, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The team immediately started working on the repairs and kept me updated every step of the way through text messages. They even sent me photo updates, explaining every issue they found in detail so that I always knew what was going on.

What impressed me the most was their honesty and fairness. I’ve been taken advantage of by repair shops before, but this place was completely different. Their prices were extremely reasonable, and at no point did I feel like they were trying to upsell unnecessary work. They genuinely wanted to fix my car the right way, and they absolutely do not take advantage of their customers.

A huge shoutout to AB, the mechanic who worked on my car! He was incredibly thorough, skilled, and took the time to make sure everything was fixed properly. They started with one repair but found multiple other issues with my car—and AB took care of every single one without cutting corners. When I picked up my car, there was a minor issue that needed a quick fix, and they went above and beyond by picking up my car from my job, taking it back to the shop, and making sure everything was perfect.

And the incredible service didn’t stop there—AJ once again came through for me. I needed to return my rental car and get my vehicle back late at night, even though I live 30 minutes from the shop. Without hesitation, AJ helped me make it happen!

This company is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness, attention to detail, fairness, and genuine care for their customers set them apart. Quick, courteous and honest!! I was stuck in West Sac with a flat tire at a gas station that had no air, online roadside assistance charged me $199 with a 120min wait... signed up, then called West Coast, within 1 minute i was quoted $80 and arrival within 20-25 minutes... i set it up with minimal info and cancelled the other service call, they charged me $49 to cancel, however they had not dispatched anyone yet because it had only been about 10 mins... within 5 mins I get a call from West Coast driver, he confirmed my location and said he was about 20-25min away but heading to me... I got out of my car and a man pumping gas asked if he could help because he had a service vehicle that had air... short amazing story, Man put air in my tire which blew right back out, he found a screw in my tire, he then told me i could cancel my roadside service. I called the driver back, explained the assistance of this kind man, he said that is great we don't hear that often and said that there would be no charge for cancelling and that he was happy i got help. I will definitely keep West Coast on speed dial not only personally but for my company as I greatly appreciate your quick response and honesty! Wais came to my rescue late at night on Garden Highway after AAA kept delaying getting me assistance with a flat tire. He showed up exactly when promised and went waaaay beyond what he needed to. He installed my spare and insisted on having me follow him to the nearest gas station to add some air to it. That gas station’s air wasn’t working so he put my car on his truck and drive it and me to another station closer to my home so I wouldn’t have to drive as far. He waited for me to get the car going and made sure the car and I were ok. All of this after midnight on a Friday night. Sitting there in the dark on Garden Highway I wasn’t exactly worried but as a chick alone on that deserted road, I was relieved to see him and then had one of the best customer experiences of my life.
