Bogey Hills Plaza — Attraction in Saint Charles

I've stopped using their customer rewards program because it's totally flawed. The cashier's ask for your phone number and say they've given you points towards my account. Well the problem with that is ANYONE ELSE can rattle off a phone number, whether it's theirs or not and change the name of the owner right at the register. I've got a women by the name of STEPHANIE WIDGER that's been using my phone number for her self. She even took MY name off the account. You'd think that's not so bad,it's just a free rewards program companies give out. Well, that's not the ONLY THING she's been using my phone number for. She's used it for applications on student loans and hasn't paid it back. Which caused me to have to deal with her DEBT COLLECTION PEOPLE. And when I tell these companies /employees about it they all apologize and do absolutely nothing else to fix it. I have over 4 or 5 different rewards programs in my phone number from various companies since they started giving them out over 15 years ago and have yet to receive one penny from ANY❗ So that's why I'm giving out one star and I won't change it till they catch this STEPHANIE WIDGER and have her put were she belongs. Or they end the END of phone numbers for rewards. THIEF'S ARE...

FRATTELLI'S ~ My husband & I have lost several of our favorite fine dining restaurants since COVID, yet Frattelli's is one that has endured & we are so happy! Frattelli's is family owned & run and very friendly! They make their own salad dressing, which is awesome and able to be purchased & brought home! Their menu is not just a standard Italian Menu, but has so many options it is hard to choose...! We have never been disappointed, rather always come away more than satisfied & always have leftovers because there portions are more than sufficient! If you haven't tried them...you don't know what you are...

Best Grocer in St. Charles, customer service is ACES! Steaks from the butcher are beautiful and cook up perfect and tender. Great Lattes at Panera Bread, great dry cleaner at CJs, very nice nail salon and skilled techs at Liz Nails, skilled and caring hair stylists at Cary O'Brians' salon and the Hallmark has beautiful cards, gifts, paper and super customer service.
