Not only do they have awesome, fun, high quality clothing items and products. Their customer service is top notch! My husband and I have been buying their gear for a few years now, and always look forward to their new releases...I recently got one of their camper mugs, its amazing! It keeps my coffee and tea beyond hot for the long hours I put outside. I had the mug for maybe two weeks with a solid weeks worth of use when the cover suddenly "popped" out of the mug. I thought it was just heat related but it turns out the plastic cover failed and the o-ring had snapped it in half. Devastated I reached out to Sota gear to see if I could get a replacement cover or see who made the mug so I could contact the manufacturer to buy a new one. McKenzie responded very quickly and offered a new mug all together with the option of picking it up or shipping. I ended up with them shipping it, and I got it next day. I've been a customer of Sota for years, initially stumbling across them via their Instagram account. Super good quality of clothing, particularly the raglan baseball tees and the tanks I've gotten, and it taps into the strong sense of Minnesotan pride we tend to exemplify here. My bank account usually sheds a little tear every time I receive the e-mail from Sota saying there are new product releases available, because I know I'm going to see at least one thing I like. Cute place offering nice quality Minnesota products. A little spendy for me but would be a great place to get a gift for someone with lots of MN pride! I've also seen some reviews say that service was bad because the people working there didn't talk to them. That wasn't my experience; the young lady working was very friendly with me but didn't pester me. But I feel it worth mentioning that I don't really like it when sales workers go out of their way to talk to me, and I generally prefer to be left alone unless I have a question, so I think those reviewers' idea of "good" service...
