Summary: Nice 'chill' tasting room that's fairly small and cozy. Tasty unique drinks that are spirit-forward enough to give you a sense you're at a distillery, but mix-y enough if you're not into it.

I visited in the early afternoon, not a normal cocktail hour for most.. but I was on my bike and in need of refreshment.

The tasting room is nice. Small, cozy, and warm feeling. A few booths, a few tables, a few places at the bar.

The folks at the bar seemed friendly enough. I saw multiple people engaged with them and having a grand time. I was in a booth playing a board game with my wife while we sampled their drinks.

A solid selection of beverages to on that day. Spirits across the board. I chose two gin drinks, my wife picking their signature Vodskey. Creative and varied.

The bartenders themselves seemed a little unsure. The drinks were totally fine, but by the way they were constantly checking their lists for recipes made it seem like they were just getting used to the place. Then again, it could have been due to a frequently changing menu. To determine that, I'll have...

Though difficult to find, once found, you'll be glad you did. The speakeasy-esq nature of the bar is anything but pompous. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and not condescending to patrons who have questions. All alcohol is distilled on site and if you have ever been to a brewpub, you'll recognize the setup. Inside is cozy and can be considered small. If you are looking for a relaxed place to unwind and enjoy a craft cocktail and don't want to have to dress like like a flapper, this may be for you.

Pros: Tasty cocktails, knowledgeable friendly staff, pre-mixed to-go cocktails!

Cons: Small seating area, tends to be loud inside, hard to find.

If you don't want to hang out in the bar, they sell many of their cocktails bottled and ready to serve. Take it home and enjoy on your couch. They also sell their booze so if you want to, you can pick up a bottle and take it home and create your own craft cocktails.

I Recommend the strawberry gin. Forgot the name of the cocktail but it was dangerous...

Here from out of town, We were planning on having a date night here and were excited to try their Vodskey Mule and order a pizza along with some of the other drinks. The gentleman who sat us said he would get our drink order in just a moment. Also made the comment to the table next to us that he was partial owner. Sat there for 20 minutes before finally leaving to find somewhere that would like our business. It's rare i leave a negative review but this was the first I've ever experienced something like this and it completely ruined our night. I've been to dive bars that had better customer service. For $9-$11 drinks the level of service was completley...

I went for the tour and tasting and stayed to sample some cocktails. The owner hosted my tour and his passion for his work was obvious. He shared interesting details of the process and the history behind the Copperwing brand and details of the steps behind developing their spirits. The cocktails and pizza I had were all phenomenal. I was really impressed with speedy service and welcoming attitude of the bartenders. I was also delighted by the selection of non-alcoholic cocktails that used the same premium ingredients as many of the spirit-based cocktails, but were clearly designed to be balanced to stand on their own.

Great distillery with friendly staff and fantastic cocktails. My friends and I ventured out to try this place and were impressed with each drink we ordered. Our bartender Daniel provided great recommendations and did a nice job making our cocktails. They don’t have food, but we brought in some cheeses and meats and made a charcuterie platter to complement what we were trying. I noticed some people doing a tour while we were there, would love to do this on our next visit, just reading in their website I could see this place has an interesting backstory. If you’re in the area I highly recommend stopping by!

We stopped in here on Friday. The place is very small.....there were probably 30 people in here and the place was packed. Most of the space is taken up by the distilling process. The drinks are great though, and you can order pizzas (Heggies) if you need to soak up some alcohol, LOL. The bartenders know their stuff and are friendly. We tried the distillery across the parking lot, but both are very different. The liquor and mixology are entirely different, so try both. Parking: they have their own lot, shared by an apartment building. No problems parking though.
