I've heard great things about Anthony's Produce in St. Peters! Finally checked out out recently and here are some of the things I really liked: • The wide selection of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, and herbs. • Lots of cool packaged food – great for gifts. • The friendly and knowledgeable staff. • The reasonable prices. Including a rack of past it’s prime food for a buck, and cases of seconds perfect for canning at a discount. • Great selection of seasonal items. They were so helpful! I emailed them on Friday evening (because they were closed) to see if they could make an order to be picked up on Saturday. Someone answered back almost immediately and told me to call first thing on Saturday and ask for Angela. I spoke to her around 8:15 and she was wonderful. She gave me lots of options for quantity, designs, pricing, etc., - and, she put a rush on the order so it was ready by 11:00 on the same day. When the order was ready and I picked it up from the cashier, Angela came out to meet me and let me know if I ever have any other orders, they would be glad to help. I'll definitely use them...

Anthony's is a great place to buy really fresh produce. They have a large variety of breads, fruits and veggies and packaged items like sauces and jams. There was a large freezer section and some candy. I saw a nice battery of apples. They also have seasonal flowers. The mums for the fall are beautiful and a good price. We got some bulk tomatoes for canning that were perfect without any waste, we made the most delicious tomato sauce and salsa.
