This super dog-friendly park is absolutely beautiful! It runs along the water and is used daily by many for walking, jogging, skating, cycling, etc. down the waterside pathway and sidewalks running through it. My favorite part is how everyone says hi to one another and picks up any garbage that is seen on the ground. The city/parks & rec team do an amazing job keeping up with the grounds, we saw them out there right after the last tropical storm and almost every time we go, keeping up with things. All of the surrounding parks are incredible and extend the overall experience. This park is also known for yoga, picnics (either in the grass or on a picnic table), setting up a chair or sitting in a bench to read, laying in a hammock to watch the clouds go by, and so much more. There is always so much to and it is also a great location for a...

This is a great park with plenty of nicely maintained walking paths, landscaping, benches, and views. The wide sidewalks along the water allow for walkers and cyclists to share the space without issues. The squirrels can get a little aggressive, like following and approaching us and not easily deterred, which is kind of weird, but I think it's because people feed them. They will even have stand offs with our little dog. The park is very pet friendly but doesn't have pet clean up stations, which would be nice. The mosquitoes are also really thick and aggressive in the grassy areas, particularly after a rain. A little bit of bug control would be great, but otherwise we love this park and go to it on a...

Great place to walk, enjoy the fresh air and workout! We take our dog here for walks and this park provides lots of open space for him to run around. Also a great place to hammock on the trees. Convenient seating. The outdoor gym looked interesting and I was surprised so many people were using the equipment and doing their own workouts in that area. Nice tennis courts that provide lighting at night as well as volley ball courts. Really great area if your looking for fitness type park. After the sun went down some walking areas didn’t provide a lot of light however the parking lot and general activity areas did. That was the only inconvenience I had only because I was there after dark....
