I have basically always lived on a beach or always I lived very close to one and no matter which beach I've lived on I have always considered every beach a beautiful sight to see, but being on the beach or out on the water on a boat or a yacht has always made me feel so at peace, content and washes away anything I am or have been stressed out about just disappear and puts me in a better mood and eases and slows down my mind and the MANY thoughts, and stresses I tend to overhthink about but usually unable to slow it down and relax. Which then contributes to my overall physical health that always becomes improved immensely due to the fact that being out in the sun, on the sand, listening to the sound of the waves coming up the beach and then going back out again and meditate to the sounds while I have a mantra I say in my own head when I'm especially stressed out and I think to myself about each thing happening in my life that I'm having a rough time not stressing out about all of it because sometimes it's just too much to think about nonstop in your own mind. As I hear or hear and watch the waves crashing in I think about (for example) "As you bring your beautiful waves on the shore towards me please take all of the stress and worries I am having from me and take them back out with you. Then when I'm hearing or hearing and watching the waves receding back into the water it just came from I think about and say "As you are going back into the deeper water you came from and took all of my stress and worries about the many things that have been consuming my thoughts and has been affecting my life in a negative way please take all the worries and stress back out with you". I've always felt and thought (at least in my own life and my thoughts) that when the waves are coming to the shore they are collecting and then taking with them such tiny particles of sand and shells (that we cannot physically see but that doesn't mean they do not exist) that are not only invisible to our human eyes and that we feel and we also feel they are quite miniscule to us as human beings before taking those invisible to our human eyes and miniscule to us in the big scheme of things and they start heading back to the water where they'd just come from. So if you implement those types of positive thoughts and let the waves coming in pull all of your stress, worries and tensions from your mind, body and soul that have been causing you pain and plaguing your entire life negatively and then you truly believe that those same waves that had just taken all of your stress, worries and tensions you've been plaguing your entire life about are now being completely taken from you and are now leaving you and your life and are disappearing and getting washed away from your life and out and back to where the wave had come from until you can no longer see it anymore. Then you you start feeling and thinking about the peaceful and blessings you have in your life instead of constantly over thinking about things you usually can't change or do anything to about the outcome being a better one when it's all said and done. So by the thoughts of the waves coming ashore to take with them any and all of your worries, stresses and issues you have been trying to get through silently, alone and is unseen just like the minuscule and invisible sand and shells the waves are taking with them back out to where those waves came from (just as our worries and stresses and internal battles we all are fighting by ourselves that are invisible to everyone else and may be so miniscule that no one else can see it from the outside) the beach and waves do the same for us and the positive thoughts we think and feel are beneficial for more than just emotional and psychological health; it's also beneficial for your overall physical health as well!...

Read moreReview for the dog park: The park itself was great. The other OWNERS CLEARLY NEED TO LEARN DOG PARK ETIQUETTE. Things were great until we were in the exit pen getting ready to leave. I was rinsing my dogs off when a another owner brought his leashed dog into the exit pen with my dogs. He then proceeded to let one of my dogs loose when he went to exit. This could have resulted in my dog getting hit by a car or running off (she’s a fearful recently rescued whippet). I then had to instruct him not to chase my dog bc she’s fearful of strangers. DOG PARK ETIQUETTE: Do NOT let your dog in the exit pen with other dogs. This can lead to a dog fight or a dog escaping. Do NOT leash your dog before entering the exit pen as this can lead to a dog fight. Do NOT chase a frightened dog. Rant over. The park itself is really nice. It’s shaded, has watering stations, is super clean (people clearly do pick up here), and has a dog rinsing station. It’s mostly mulched with some grassy areas. There were a few mud puddles but we came right after...
