CannaCruz Salinas — Attraction in Salinas

First timer and my reaction was drop dead.

I visited this place for my first time a few days ago and as soon as I walked in there was a lot of bright colors I nice floor setup very clean, inviting and friendly staff.

For it being a first time patient at Santa Cruz I remember the days when I used to take up to 30 45 minutes just to get registered I got registered here within no more than 2 minutes. All that was required was an ID signed some things on a tablet and I was on.

You do receive a little something if it's your first time. It was well lit the parking lot felt safe plenty of parking easy access. A nice patio like adornment outside for people to either wait or just to hang out for a little bit.

If you're in a hurry they do have online ordering services and delivering as well. The prices aren't ridiculously taxed like in other dispensaries.

Located in an industrial park of Salinas always felt safe felt inviting a huge amount of selection from tinctures to edibles to herbs. And for the CBD fans this is definitely place to come.

If you get home and for some reason your cartridge or your electronic device it's malfunctioning easy just keep your receipt bring it back show them what's wrong with that and they'll be happy to replace your product.

Santa Cruz is my top selection anywhere in Salinas to come by and shop for...

I used to frequent ths place weekly... I started going back a few weeks ago for the 1st time in about a year plus... This place hasn't changed... Unfortunately the same exact reasons I stopped going here, is the same reason I'm here now writing this review.

I let it go in the past but I'm sick and tired of ordering online and having to wait FOREVER. Watching customers walts in and order in person and than get their orders and leaving..... Meanwhile I'm still waiting for my order and finally I do end up getting it... after watching various customers order in person and receiving their stuff happily as I'm still patiently waiting.

Today I checked in and heard my named called for an online order right off the bat. I'm like cool! I get there and no one wants to help me..... SO I wait... and wait... finally I get help and am told "Sorry about the wait" They know what they did to me thats why they apologized.

I'm just over this place all together stay away if you want consistent, decent customer service and don't want to be avoided on purpose! Especially when you want to make an online order so you can get in and out quick to save time and it just makes things worse and the wait even longer than a walk...

I live in Salinas and live 9 minutes away from this place. I would normally go to seaside for my weed but decided to check local prices again yesterday before heading out (last I checked was about 5 months ago). Turns out this place has $156/ounces and even $45 half ounces of shake that tested at 22%! So of course I got a half of shake then with all my leftover money went with a gram of white rhino diamonds. As a first timer they gave me a prerolled blunt for $1, which tested at like 30%. Needless to say, this is my new shop and I won't be going anywhere else. I went in on a Wednesday and at the checkout window saw a list of discounts and days they are on. Turns out tomorrow is 20% off everything in the store. I almost cancelled my order but decided to still buy my 2 items and then come back the next day as well to take advantage of 20% off. I will probably buy the same exact items again to stock up for twice as long. Long story short. Great selection and the set up it really nice l, it's easy to see everything and find exactly what you want. Everyone is very friendly. Recommend...
