Calaveras County has some pretty amazingly epic history, and The Red Barn Museum showcases some of it very well! Even if you're a long time resident of the county, please do yourself a favor and pop into Red Barn. The museum is clean and well kept and the gentleman working at the front is extremely friendly and helpful. You can walk through The Red Barn on your own, or that wonderful gentleman will gladly show you around and tell you about our county's history. I highly recommend this museum, and even though I've already seen it quite a few times I will absolutely...
