I use this park to kill time between errands mostly. It's usually well kept from what i can tell. Mostly i notice people come here to walk around. There are some trails i haven't been on in years. Not bad for a small park. I wish the little pond was up lore with some fish stocked! Ill find a star to wish on lol!

Very shaded park with both paved and un-paved trails. Port a potty was bearable and actually had TP!!!! Not overly crowded, Eton Labor Day! My dog loves it, theres benches and a grill...Great for whatever you need it for, and if you weren't aware it was there, you might pass it!!

Me and two of my kids were hanging out at the first picnic table on the left. My son was playing behind me closer to the wall. He had found some bugs and wanted me to check it out. So I went and noticed this little guy inches away from where he was playing. Perfectly camouflaged.

Not a huge parking lot, but there was a space for me to get out of the sun and park to hike the trail after I had my lunch. There is a Porta potty near the entrance to the trails, but when I looked inside, it had a pile of clothes and looked like someone was living in there or at least sleeping in there at night. I walked the entire loop and it was about one and a quarter miles. Took a little less than 30 minutes to walk the loop. So it's a good lunchtime break to clear the head before going back to work. The trail has very little elevation change just minor up and downs, but the entire trail is paved. It's basically a 5 foot wide sidewalk loop so very easily accessible for anyone who wants to get out and do some hiking or just get back to nature. I didn't see any animals but saw three different birds, a cardinal, a mockingbird and a black Phoebe. Overall, not a bad space to have lunch and walk a little before heading back to work. I would...

Hardly a park. The wooded area behind two neighborhoods has a portion of space mowed down and cleared out to create this "park". Has a cemented sidewalk that extends the length of the park and circles around. Half of the area was not cleared out, some may call it a hiking trail because it's in all the brush. There is a small creek which is created by rain water because the area is a drainage culvert where housing can not be built. There is about a 20 space parking lot. I port-a-potty, 2 small cement slabs, one with a couple of swings and one with some exercise machines. 1 small gazebo with 3 table/bench sets and an iron pit. Several other pit and bench sets scattered around. Mainly for people who live in the nearby neighborhoods. Would not travel...

Friesenhahn Park is a quaint little spot. It doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it gets the job done if you just want to get a change of scenery and a bit of nature in! It has actual sidewalks which is nice. It also has a little covered gazebo type space with tables to eat at. It's pretty small but it looks like they might be trying to expand the trail. There is also one port-a-potty right at the entrance if you need to use the restroom. All in all, it's nice to have a cute little park in the neighborhood! *edited to say: They did expand the trail! Now you can go on a much longer walk through a lovely wooded area. It goes almost all the way to Classen rd before it loops back. It's a...
