This is my first home I purchased from Scott Felder. I bought an existing home and was extremely satisfied with Oscar the sales associate at that time. He went above and beyond with any questions or concerns I had. Great personality and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised that all my warranty requests have been honored - one is still in the works. Joseph, one of the Supers at Madison Heights also went above and beyond with keeping me informed on appointments, and he provided me with general homeowner maintenance guidance and information. He truly knows what he is doing. The reason for my 3 Star rating is the noise, not the construction noise, the loud music that the construction workers are playing for hours on and on and on. Very frustrating if one wants to enjoy their patio. Also, that my inquiries that the music will be lowered have been ignored. There is no customer service number for SF to call and actually talk to someone, unless the sales office. It appears that there is no consideration for existing homeowners, but I am very happy...

First I love my home and the location. We were able to select our lot and select design items for our build. Timing could have been better but it was during 2020-21 so I understand something were out of their hands. My biggest issue was with the sales office. No communication and a high turnover rate over the 15months we were under contract waiting to build made for little to no updates unless we spoke directly to the construction manager himself. Our construction manager was the rockstar and addressed our questions and concerns 100x more and better than the sales staff. No one in sales, follows through, returns messages or emails. We are still dealing with some things after closing and its becoming a hassle. Apparently they figure they are done as soon as you sign. Poor customer service on the part of Scott...
