This library branch is the only 1 that I'm aware of in town that has the only kiosk for municipal court dealings. Yes, i had traffic tickets i needed to appear in traffic court for, but I've got major anxiety when it comes to crowds and such so this was perfect for me!!! There was no having to pay for parking like there is downtown & there was no long lines or waiting that i had to deal with either. Which was great! I was able to visit with the judge and get probation so my tickets will be taken off my record as long as i dont get any tickets within a 5 mth period as well as discuss payment arrangements as well & the kiosk does accept payments there as well too. The only down fall was that there's no privacy whatsoever. Literally you stand in front of the kiosk out in a very open hallway right by the front doors of the library and its in the open area as you first walk in before walking into the actual library itself. But i thought it was so cool & neat how we've got at least 1 alternative option when having to deal with the city's municipal court. I think there should definitely be more of these all over town in multiple locations to better adhere to the community. I think it'd be beneficial for everyone all the way around especially including the city's...

Read moreFor 2 hours I’ve been listening to the woman and her 2 unpleasant yelling children and none of the library employees stopped such rude behavior (one of the kids was hitting the keyboard, while their mother was playing a game (!) on the public computer, her baby boy was just screaming nonstop). I came to the library to use the computer to assist someone in their search and was hoping for a professional, peaceful environment, but the Igo library team did not create a comfortable space not for me and not for the majority of the visitors (a young lady next to me was obviously frustrated and just left in the middle of whatever she was working on, so as a gentleman on the other side next to the rude woman and her kids, he had to relocate his books to another corner). Personnel at the libraries must be trained on how to prevent such situations and eliminate the stress for the visitors. This is by far the worst library I’ve ever been (and the smell of the warmed lunches that personnel was...
