Generally the service is decent. Today not the case. Ordered a non coffee beverage for my kid. Waited 15 minutes and it was coffee. Called on my way home and let them know I'd be back for a new drink after waking the kids for school. Returned for drink 3 & returned home to find out it was incorrect again. Called to speak to a manager and was told he was in the restroom and couldn't take the call nor could they take my number to have him return my call. After expressing my dissatisfaction at the experience she put the phone down and didn't come back. I hung up after a couple minutes and called back to talk to the manager. He said a trainee was making the drinks. I said I understand training but the second one shouldn't have been made by a trainee if I was returning due to it being incorrect the first place. This wasnt an issue with the new hire but the trainer and manager. I was offered to drive back a 3rd time for a refund or new drink, nothing for the inconvenience of driving there 3 times until I pushed. Now I am at work and unable to return for a few hours. Definitely wouldn't say this is a shining moment...
Read moreI give this location a 2 only because I love star bucks. It just opened up right by my house, so I was super excited about this location opening. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. I drink the blonde roast almost everyday, but today was an exceptionally hot Texas day. So I asked for it on ice, but apperently they can't do blonde roasts over ice. Okay that's cool. I'll ask for just a side of ice, so that I can pour it in my coffee and chill it myself. After that, the representative said that they stop pouring that roast after a certain time. Which upsets me because my usual Starbucks location, always just does a pour over if their out.. I asked the girl if she could do a pour over for me and she responded in a rude manner "sure" so, I decided not to get my coffee from that specific location that day. Read moreNever had any complaints until now! I am a frequent customer of this location. However, on this day I am very disappointed in the service I received. I order my typical drink and some bakery items. I was given my drink and occasionally they’ll ask if I want a straw. On this day they did not. So I asked for one. The young lady says “‘unfortunately we are all out of straws” as if I was blind and couldn’t see the bucket or straws right next to her as she slowly tries to hide the bucket. She then walks away. I ask the person near to give me a straw and she does. I asked why did the previous lady lie and she said she didn’t know. I asked To speak to a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one. Another young lady comes to window and confirms that she told them to lie because they are “conserving straws” She then tells me that “she ain’t going back and forth with me” closes the window and walks away.
