I've been to this location twice, and both times it was pretty bad. On this most recent occasion, we ordered three drinks: an m&m blast, a mini hot fudge shake, and a lemon cream slush (a product they used to carry, but apparently don't any longer). As for the lemon cream slush, I understand that companies change their menus and get rid of products that don't sell. And I don't expect new employees to be trained on old recipes. However, we asked if they could still make that, and the employee taking our order said yes. What actually arrived in front of me (about 15 minutes later) was essentially a cup of concentrated limeade syrup with a couple ice cubes blended into it. It was disgustingly sweet. As for the hot fudge sundae, the employee taking our order couldn't understand us when we asked for a "mini" - a size listed on their menu. After several failed attempts, we just said "the smallest size you have," and we were served a small. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying. The bigger problem is the overwhelming peanut butter flavor. The only thing they actually got right was the m&m blast thing. Additionally, this location may want to train their employees to take the extra three steps to walk around the front of the vehicle, so we can actually see them approaching. The kid who delivered our food came up around the side where we couldn't see him and knocked on our window all three trips he made (the first was someone else's order, the third was for a forgotten spoon). I don't feel like I expect a lot out of crappy fast food, and yet I have still been disappointed both times...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sonic and I will not be returning. Let me start by saying that the staff working there are rude, unprofessional, and lack basic customer service skills. It's clear that they have not been properly trained.
The person taking my order couldn't even get it right. How difficult is it to understand an order for 1 Route 44 Coke and 1 Route 44 Sweet Tea? Despite repeating myself THREE times, she only put in the order for the Coke. When I tried to clarify this through the intercom, she brushed me off and said someone would come out to my car.
After a few minutes, a car hop finally came over to ask what I needed. But instead of apologizing for the mistake, she had the audacity to blame it on old speakers and being understaffed. Can you believe the nerve?
I was frankly offended by their rudeness and couldn't understand how those excuses had anything to do with getting a simple drink order right. It's clear that this establishment lacks proper management and does not value their customers.
Unfortunately, after today's experience, I will no longer be supporting this establishment. I hope they can improve their services and train their staff better because as of now, it's just unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go to Bushes Chicken around the corner, the service there was...
Read moreTonight my husband and I placed a mobile app order and among the things we ordered was an ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, we only double checked my husband's burger before leaving to make sure it was done correctly and didn't check my burrito until we got home. Which, thankfully we only live about 5 minutes away. Unfortunately, I received the wrong burrito and I called the store back to ask if I could go back to get the correct one and the girl on the phone was polite and apologized and said to go ahead and go back for the correct one. Not only did they have a hot and fresh correct burrito for me, but they also gave us a medium cherry limeade for the inconvenience. The young man that answered us in the drive through was also polite and provided great customer service. So, although we had a mishap with our order, the employees made it up to us and we'll of course be going back again because well everyone makes mistakes and we were obviously lazy tonight and didn't want to cook dinner. By the way, if you haven't tried it, the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito was 10/10! Side note: I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I indeed had a meltdown and cried when I saw I received the wrong burrito, but I took a few minutes to collect myself before calling and...
