This place is great for the kiddos all year round. With all the shade from the trees, thus is a perfect place for having an anytime picnic. The playground is really for smaller kiddos with the exception of a couple of the swings and the climbing wall. No pets allowed and no bikes in the trail but its a great bit of Green space I've the middle of urban area. Or favorite is to play on the playground and then go for a walk in the trails which are just looking enough for the toddlers to get in a bit of follow the leader before heading home. Haven't booked a pavilion for a birthday party yet, but its definitely on our list of possibilities!

Have a quick visit and definitely coming back. Great family park, my kiddo have an amazing time. Well maintained, clean, plenty of trees that provide shade. It has plenty of parking during the week. Love that has a sandbox, plenty of swings and have ramps for small kids, elder, disable you name it. Have plenty of benches to sit, picnic areas. I love that it was inclusive park, walked in the trail and it was so refreshing, fresh air, trees, birds and have a great time!!

Beautiful park with lots of picnic tables. There sun and shade tables. Visited during the pandemic so grills and playground were closed. It's pretty easy to social distance if its not too busy. If someone else is walking on the trail, you just step off the trail. Lots of shade. Lots of trees. Watch your footing though its rocky.

I was very disappointed.. This guy named Carlos came over like 8:30pm with an attitude complaining that we were not supposed to be there because we didn't pay or made a reservation. He said he called the main office and they said that no one was supposed to be there. Wow.. that was a church activity and people were upset with your lack of communication with each other. Also no one was there to help us out. I called the park office, went to the office and no one was around. But during the day I received 2 phone calls to review the info about how many people were going to be there and if there was going to be alcohol involved, to see if we needed security even thou I had already talked last week to others..Couldn't believe that. Also when my wife showed Carlos the reservation email he said "that says you reserved it but it doesn't say you paid." Wow.. Incredible!! There has to be better communication between your County Park employees and main office. Whose fault? County Park Office..better reservation specialists. And where was the person that was supposed to help us out? No where...

The playgrounds seem to be inclusive. One looks better suited for the older kids then another for the little littles. The bridges would be the only thing I saw my 3 year old and a couple other little ones veer away from. The grounds and the restroom are well maintained. The maintenance man was also visible most of the time. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. Some, not all the picnic areas are equipped with grills, and there are plenty of trash cans available.

A suggestion to parents would be to bring toys for your kiddos in the sandbox It's awkward and uncomfortable to see my kid's things taken from kids who don't ask..then I try to keep our things together, the resistance is very much inappropriate. Bring your kids their own...
