The adventure course is so cool! Great place to workout or train for spartan races (or the like). The equiptment is like a playground/obstacle course for adults (recommended age is 13+). There is little shade so keep that in mind. The hills nearby could add to the workout well and at the top the view of the airport and SA is pretty nice. There are picnic tables and shade structures at the top of the hills. The splash pad nearby is really fun too!
