Absolutely incredible and a pleasant surprise. My son graduated BMT, and both my wife and I are former SF. My son is a 4th generation airman, and we thought it would be fun for him to see a little about his parent’s military experience. The building looks small, you might even think to yourself “museum”? Upon entering, my family was greeted by to older fellas. They were both so friendly, I talked with the one with a cane, also prior SF. He was amazing! A treasure of knowledge, we shared a few laughs. You could spend a whole day looking and learning. I even saw a few things that were very familiar to my time. I appreciated the gentleman with the cane’s contributions to the SF community. SF is a 💩 show career, and everyone’s experiences are different. I still felt a sense of pride when I left, and I got to share that with my boy. I will be donating, and you should too.

I've been a member of this family since 1973 but this is my first time seeing the museum. What a wonderful exhibit, thanks to all who worked on it. I'd like to see more about heavy weapons and k9 but I'm very, very pleased to be able to see it. It was a treat seeing all the young airmen with families in tow, visiting here. They look so young, so hopeful. I hope they realize as much success from the career field as I've had.

Loved the history of the Security Forces exhibit. My son just graduated from AF BMT and I've been a police officer for 26 years. The exhibit resonated will with me. Lots of respect for the airmen and officers who serve in this capacity. The exhibit is well done and shows a great deal of respect for this profession.

I graduated BMT September of 1991, attended the USAF Law Enforcement academy & shortly thereafter was shipped off to Ft Dix, NJ for Air Base Ground Defense before being assigned to the 435th Security POLICE Squadron Rhein-Mein A.B. Germany. But today I was on base to celebrate my son-in-law's graduation from BMT and saw a sign that read "Security Forces" Museum. You have the audacity to call this place a "museum" but refuse to include the brave and dedicated Security Police & Air Police that came before us...that's right I'm including ALL of us that wore the USAF shield; not just the Security Forces.

My wife asked me if I wanted to go tour the facility & I reluctantly told her "it appears that the rest of us are not that important" Hey "Security Forces" Museum don't leave anyone out as all of our contributions helped pave the way and maybe just maybe consider...
