I believe myself to be a good man of high character and admit when I’m wrong. But in the last two weeks I have went to this establishment as an active duty military member and have been personally singled out. Both time I have I come with a group of friends of a different ethnic group and seem to be treated unfairly…

The first time I was harassed but an elder white woman to pull up my mask when I had immediately taken the drink from my lips. I eventually walked out on my own because it was so overwhelming. The second time I actually had food in my mouth but was tapped on the shoulder and asked to leave. Note, I never received a warning or a gentle reminder like the rest of my party to pull my mask up. The one white friend I was with even informed me he was warned 3 times about his mask that same day. They proceeded shut down my entire lane until I left. I even tried speaking with the shift manager about the incident and he had the audacity to say to me as I’m walking out “maybe next time you should wear your mask” trying to be sarcastic.

I will no longer attend this establishment and I’ve already started making other friends aware so they also will not attend. I rarely speak out about things but to be treated this way multiple times? I refuse to sit quietly! I will warn you to stay away from this bowling alley if you’re looking for...

I came here tonight for the second time for some drinks at the bar and this experience was just as bad as the last of not worse. The older white gentleman at the bar was extremely rude and this time was no different. When my friend ordered 2 shots of tequila and 2 mixed drinks and the bartender asked which one she said whatever one you have and he responded flatly “The CHEAP one”. We paid, took our drinks, and went about our business. When we came back I asked if I could get 2 long islands he said I’m not making that. I responded what are you making then? He didn’t respond so I asked for another mixed drink on the menu and he said I’m only serving beers. They close at 11 pm it’s 9pm on a Friday and it’s NOT BUSY at the bar. I have never been disrespectful at all at this establishment. This man has gone on with this awful behavior long enough. Look at these other reviews on here, he is a repeated offender and...

Not a great first experience with trying to get things done here. Called to try and get information. The person I was speaking to was talking on the side to someone as a middle man for information I needed. I was told to email the manager rather than speaking with them on the phone. Tried to make reservations for a couple lanes and they said they couldn't do it without a weeks notice! I am calling 3 full business days ahead of time... for lane reservation in an off period... on a monday... if you have availability, why do the days in advance matter? The overall experience was incredibly lacking. No food available (not until 4pm on Mondays), but you can't bring your own food or even your own drinks... why even bother being open? The person on the phone seemed nice and said they could potentially accomodate a group, but the manager (Skip Marryman) was a hard shutdown on any options...
