So I usually donāt write bad reviews unless I feel that someone did something to me that was pure evil and today this employee at Starbucks accomplished that goal, So usually I am a regular here and get the same exact thing every time and today I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they forgot to put the cream cheese in so I asked them if I could get an extra cream cheese and this lady with glasses was so rude to me she said āwell actually it doesnāt come with the bagelā in a rude voice and than I proceeded to explain how Iāve shopped here and they usually give it to me every time and she goes āwell I actually work here so I would knowā In such a rude attitude voice tone and than I stopped talking because I felt disrespected and I ended up paying for the cream cheese and it took them 5 minutes to hand me it so I knew they were doing that to make me upset. I will never eat here again worst service I ever received in my life. I hope this lady goes to a Dutch bros one day and sees the difference on how customers should be treated, I shouldnāt feel bad for ordering food. Absolutely...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered two drinks on the app, that was supposed to be ready at 0928⦠didnāt get the drinks till after 10, which is understandable because there was a lot of tech school/bmt airmen ordering. Today was a Sunday and I stepped out of work to get me & a coworker coffee, so time was lax to get back but this was stretching it. After the barista realize Iāve been waiting there a long time (even the register people got their drinks) they finally made them. I was in a rush to get back to work at this point, so I took my order and left. As soon as I got into work, I realized that my white chocolate mocha tasted like it was just black coffee with whipped cream in it. I asked my coworker about his and he said the same thing and he got a pumpkin spice latte. Literally something we looked forward to, as we work in a 24-7 environment. So the coffees, as sad as it seems, gives us that tiny hope of morale to make it through the day. So yes, this place is the reason we barely made it through our shift, (jk⦠or am I?) with their service & awful coffee...

(Iām not an avid coffee drinker so I was unaware it was incorrect each time until I brought it to the person.) I thought it was a fluke at first, went back and was more specific, then had the order request written down to the Tā¦AND THEY STILL GOT IT WRONG. As our barista were trusting you to make it correctly. Especially for the amount weāre paying and the time weāre spending in line. Simple things. (Side note: The staff also seemed very unhappy.
