Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

Updating and still 5 stars for this location. I recently ordered online through their site and it selected the Valley high region. I have never had issues with them in the past and the incident that happened last night wasnt "their" fault but due to a third party they were using. I noticed during the tracking process it listed Doordash near the top so guessing they were using the dasher. Well the dasher went to the wrong house, about half a block down from me. Guessing they either didnt care to double check the address but thanks to doordash driver they basically gave my order away for free. I hope there was a way for Valley High to report it since it was not their fault the doordasher failed to recognize numbers for an address. My numbers are right on the mail box, very visible from the street. Luckily I was put through to the manager and he offered the option of store credit or the option to get the order done again but it would take a little over an hour. I told him it was fine since I promised my son pizza for his birthday and it would of took an hour from any other place either way. He informed me they only had one driver that night, as to why im guessing they used a doordash driver for extra help though the dasher failed for me. Hope this location can get more drivers a dump the doordash folks since i have had doordash drivers fail more than once to learn how to read numbers or follow a gps properly. I want to rate them a negative star. The manager or should I say wanna be manager Mat is a piece of work no wonder he works at a pizza shop. He will never amount to a thing. He has a bad attitude no customer service etiquette what so ever. I call to tell them they forgot an item in my delivery he answers sarcastic what you want us to deliver it to you. Of couse ass#&*! Your company forgot it. And his answer is ohh will have it out in 30 mins. I couldn't believe what I am hearing 30 mins. I went down there and told him to reimburse my delevery charge bc i had to go down there, he refused gave me attitude and said you came down here i said bc you told me the only option was waiting 30 mins. He denied telling me that and the ghetto chick cashier had the nerve to tell me im being loud and shes on the phone. I could careless who she thinks she is. The fact is they should have nerver forgotten a customers order. Really arguing and interrupting a customer when their speaking no i dont think so. Both of them need a reality check and know their role. Thats why ppl like them give theses jobs a bad reputation. They hire ppl off the streets with no customer service or common sense. The woman on the phone was very nice when she took my order. she was very helpful. the young men at the register that gave me my pizza, they were As Nice of boys as you ever seen...I asked them if they had parmesan cheese, and the one behind the register, said yes we do, id even offerd to pay extra,& they saidnit was free, then this other guy fiddles around, fills up a little bag and hands me the bag of stuff. i ask is this my stuff? he says yes it is ma'am. I leave I go back to where I'm staying at, open my pizza up, half of it has got toppings, and the other half has no toppings. I ordered toppings for the whole pizza, then it's cold as a rock. I was stayin at OYO, right across the street, so didn't have to go for it. OPEN THE BAG... there's no parmesan. So where the employees were nice they were very ineffective, as far as production was concerned. that's why I gave them three stars. I won't be going back to this Papa John's on Valley Hi anytime soon, cause, nice, is nice, and I appreciate good manners... but I want what I ordered, and I want it hot, I don't want a cold pizza...dominos never...
