For those renting a venue here, We had a horrible experience with the person creating the contract, first off the contract was altered with lines across certain words, the contract also stated we would have access to the venue at 8am but when spoke to the hall manager they told us they wouldn’t come to until 1pm. On the contract it mentioned we would have our deposit of $350 back after the event but when we went to check on this they clearly said we were not going to receive and she has been doing this for “ 18 years “ and has not refunded. Upon taking pictures of the receipt we received that stated we would have a refund she switched up and later said she would mail the check. Very unprofessional and disappointed by the way this committee handled and tried to alter the whole contract.
