Where to start...

I ordered three burgers, frozen patties, low quality "yellow" cheese, precooked bacon that was rubbery, tons of dressing on burgers, the buns were toasted on the greasy flattop grill and soaked up all the burger grease, however the vegetables seemed fresh.

The fries were not fully cooked. I had to finish cooking them in my oven at home.

The onion rings were OK in texture but had a fishy taste to them.

Prices are not that cheap IMO, 3 burgers, 1 fry, and 1 onion ring was $25. No drinks were included at this price.

Customer service was lacking. I had to ask the same question three times, "how big are the sizes on the fries?" It was if I inconvenienced the cashier with my question.

Honestly, the food here taste like the restaurant looks, below average. I've been to many hole-hole-in-the-wall restaurants, it seems as if there is no pride taken in this resturant. Burger places are a dime a dozen, I suggest you find another.

Used to go to this place years I mean years back. Used to get a texas burger which was about a pound or so. So about 23 yrs later I figured I'd get the tx burger again so I can share with my gf. I also ordered some chili cheese fries and cheese sticks. Got the food and the bag was already feeling light. We got home opened up the bag and the damn burger wasn't as big as a whataburger 😒 the cheese sticks were cool not even luke warm,and the chili cheese fries were soggy and luke warm and very bland no flavor at all. My gf didn't finish it thinking I was gonna finish it but I couldn't finish her half, let known the burger. Disappointed but I guess all good things must come to and end and this is the end of me going to best burger. Good luck...

The food was good. But the service was bad. I don't speak Spanish and the people there speak Spanish for no English so it was hard to communicate. They had my lemonade sitting on the windowsill with the window closed in front of me for about 10 minutes and when I asked them if I could have a fresh lemonade I'd rather than sitting in the heat they looked at me like I was asking too much. It was dumb and I'm pretty sure she didn't even meet me at fresh lemonade probably just threw it in another cup and added more. Never got it I only got one with a car full of people. Like why would I just get one she said I said one and I had two kids and two adults in the car that's dumb. But then again I've always had problems with this restaurant...
