This should actually be a 0 star review. Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary to get a simple full body massage. When we first walk in, we were asked to pay first and then she checked my boyfriend’s ID and card to make sure it matched… we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. It gave racist, yes we are black. Next we lay down and get ready for the massage the lady walks in and grabs my hair aggressively twisting it into a knot. Why not just ask me to move my hair or allow me to wrap it up myself or to not even ask if what you’re doing is okay…? Then when we get to the massage it is so painful she didn’t even ask me how I wanted it and she just rubbed the same spots over and over again with no oil just dryly rubbing making it uncomfortable and almost burning and it was so rough. She also kept pushing the towel hard against my face rubbing after I repeatedly kept telling her she could not do that or she would rub of my makeup and mess up my hair but I don’t think she understood… (I would have not worn makeup but as I stated it was our anniversary he surprised with a massage because I had been asking for one) barely touched my feet and it was not even an hour long. It was hurting more than it felt good. She was just so aggressive and pushing my head. I will never be back and never recommend anyone. Then after the massage they tell my boyfriend to pay… we already paid when we came in so they start pressing for tips. They didn’t get one and didn’t want to let us leave with out a tip. TIPS ARE OPTIONAL AND SHOULD ONLY BE GIVEN IF THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. The service was not good at all. This was 2-19-25 at 6:50pm. They are scammers I wouldn’t be surprised if they had fake licenses but this was terrible, I couldn’t wait for...
Read moreI came in here looking for a relaxing soothing massage . I told the lady I wanted soft pressure. Well my back still hurts days later from having her elbows dig into my back and that wasn’t even the worst part , someone else came in during my service and she left in the middle of my massage to attend to them. Then she came back to the room made a phone call for what i can only assume was to convince another employee to come in, she then asks me if I had an appointment ? Which I’m laying there confused as to what’s even going on since this is the middle of my service, I tell her no I just walked in. She smacked me on the head for the confusion and then said ok, then finished up her phone call. After this she gets back to the massage which honestly had me wondering if she was an actual professional, Any way the cherry on top was her blocking to doorway from me leaving when she was unhappy with her tip. I would have given more ( I usually give 20%) but the whole thing was so unprofessional and disappointing I didn’t feel obligated to give that. Needless to say I will not be coming back and if anyone ever asks me I will let them know to stay clear...
Read moreI had a two hour massage which cost $80. Kind of odd they asked for the money up front before the massage I've always paid after at other establishments. I had two separate masseuse at an hour each. They both did a decent job and asked if I was comfortable often. What made the experience not so great is at the end paying the tip. I gave a $20 which I thought was appropriate for an $80 massage but apparently that wasn't enough. The lady I assume was the manager hit me up for more money I apprehensively have them another $10 and left. I found this sort of inappropriate and wont be returning. Here's some advice just state exactly what you want up front instead of playing games. I would have paid the $110 and left happy instead...
