His outstanding customer centric service makes we want to purchase all of my suit needs from him. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent products, high quality service at a great price. Osvaldo is the perfect example of why small businesses need your support. He will go above and beyond for you even on Thanksgiving day when he tailored two suits for me because honoring his commitment was that important to him. I had encouraged him to push it out a few days so he could be home with his family on Thanksgiving day. This place was the absolute worst. Came in for just one suit for my wedding. Owner Oswaldo said he would take care of everything. Granted I came in months in advance just to be sure. I heard “can you come back next week” multiple times. After waiting over two months and with my wedding less than two weeks away my suit still was not ready and Oswaldo had the audacity to tel me “your wedding isn’t tomorrow”

This is by far the worst business I have come across, oswaldo made things so much more stressful that they needed to be. I ended up not getting this suit that I waited months for and when I asked for a refund I was told “no” then I was told to come back the next day because he did not have the money. This store is also very unorganized with clothes and shoes everywhere. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will never consider this...

The pants split in the seat his initial wear. My son covered it up & we requested a replacement or a repair. Spouse was told a replacement would be given. We didn't receive a new pair, nor had it been repaired after waiting for 2 weeks! We found out when my son needed to wear them again. I immediately called and was told they would be fixed asap. I arrived trying to explain the situation & the" tailor" was rude & dismissive stating," Save it for the owner, it's not my issue." He also said he had been a tailor for over 30 years & was retired; just doing his friend a favor" I was stunned, as I was not argumentative nor hostile.
