Burger Mania — Restaurant in San Bernardino

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went here with my family to try the food here for the first time. When going through the drive-thru, one lady started to take our order, then another took over and rushed us to make a decision. After that they forgot to give us one of our drinks at the window, so rather than go back through the drive-thru, I walked in with receipt given to me, thinking that would be simpler. Rather than give me the drink that THEY forgot to give me, the employee scrutinized my order, as if I didn't order from their restaurant. It turns out the items on the receipt weren't labeled properly by staff either, but I wasn't worried about that, I just wanted my drink. The employee went on to ask if the receipt came from them (it clearly had the name of the restaurant and date/time of purchase). After walking back and forth between me and another employee (possibly the manager), the employee finally gave me the drink I had already paid for, after I was left standing at the counter for what felt like forever! If I was hassled over them forgetting a drink, I can imagine what they do when they mess up an order. The food was decent, but not worth...

It's my first time eating I was told food there is good an to get combo #1 the best, reason for my 3stars post I'm not bashing on them it's after I paid. An I paid with my card I don't tip fast food mostly I was in drive thru then when she seen it my food became bad, drink supposed to be dr pepper an I got watered down cherry something and onion rings was old hard dry and fries was cold an burger was ok so to receive tip from me or others should be after the food is received and eaten not before that's why certain fast food place shouldn't ask for tips. It's was 5pm slow day I was only one in drive thru and 2 customers inside so I should've gotten fresh when I'm the only one there it's like empty. I've worked at Sonic Drive-in fast food an I always received tips after my service food be delivered to them, an I always check on them if the food good or anything they need that's an fast food like that should receive tips...

If you are looking for a delicious burger for a great price, you have found the place! My family and I have been coming here for almost 5 years and there has always been consistency in their food. We almost always get a #1 which consists of a bacon avocado cheese burger with a side of not only fries but onion rings too and a drink. This meal always leaves us happy and full. We have had a variety of the other items on the menu and we have never been disappointed. My only 'negative' would be that they tend to take a while when you order through drive through, but I must say that they have improved through out the years.
