Fromex One Hour Photo Systems — Attraction in San Gabriel

I recently visited Fromex One Hour Photo Systems in San Gabriel for visa headshots, expecting a straightforward and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

I was initially provided with both a digital version and a hard copy of my photos. Upon inspection, I discovered that the digital version and the hard copy were not the same picture. This was a significant issue as I needed consistent photos for my visa application.

When I returned to the store to address this discrepancy, I was met with a rude attitude from the owner. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the owner claimed that they "always provided different versions for each" and attempted to charge me extra to correct their error. This was never communicated to me at the time of purchase and was clearly their fault.

I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and stress, and I would not recommend Fromex One Hour Photo Systems to anyone looking for reliable and professional...

In and out within 15 minutes with my passport photos (4 copies) and an emailed digital copy for $14. I went on a Saturday with a few groups waiting for photos too.

If you don’t want a digital copy it’s only $12 for 4 photos. I went here 5 years ago when I needed to renew my passport (already need to renew it again!) after getting it done somewhere else. The other place didn’t take good photos and cost more. I was happy that the service and quality was as good as last time. Would be a great place to take visa photos too. I recommend this place to all my friends.
