Lucky 99 Feet SPA — Attraction in San Jose

Everyone was nice enough and the massage wasn’t subpar compared to many other foot massages I’ve experienced. I was disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness. We were told one price on the phone and when we arrived the foot massage was $5 more and it cost even more to use a credit card instead of cash. The facility is very budget and cheap. When we were done, they set up the bed for the next client and we noticed they didn’t change the towel that covered the entire massage bed. We felt icky since we probably laid in someone else’s body nastiness on the towel they likely didn’t change from the clients before we laid down. After we left an have a generous tip for what I considered a poor experience, they replied, “that’s it?!? How about $5 more?”. It was awkward and uncomfortable to be pressured to tip more. Amazing Relaxation!

I have been coming to this place for years and it is the best value in the whole city. All of the massage therapists work super hard!

They have both men and women that are very strong and hard working.

I have brought my mom over here as well and she has a slightly more frail body, there was still a great person that was able to work on her body with the perfect amount of force.

Myself on the other hand, has way tighter knots in my muscles and I need a stronger person, and they have the perfect person for me too!

I really enjoy the place and I have been coming here for almost 10 years straight.

The lady in the front (Receptionist) is a scammer, unprofessional, so manipulative and doesn’t know good manners. Literally forces customers to pay TIPS no less than $10, no matter whatever service you receive from them, which seems ridiculous to me. If you don’t pay $10 TIP, she will create a BIG SCENE, Guilt Trip and will MAKE YOU PAY! How come you demand specific amount of TIP amount from your customers? TIP is fully up to the customer how much he/she wants to PAY which is based on the satisfaction of service. Had VERY BAD EXPERIENCE at this place. Stay out of this place for your massage therapy needs. Better go somewhere else where staffs treat you...
