Silicon Valley Piano — Attraction in San Jose

We had reached out to several piano stores in the Bay Area, but hands down Silicon Valley Piano was the most responsive, the most forthcoming about the prices and condition of their pianos, and the most helpful. Given the limited time we had to actually visit the physical stores, the level of clear detail and transparency that Mi and her team provided over email was crucially helpful.

Even when we went to visit, there was very little "salesmanship", and recommendations she thought best suited our needs. We ended up purchasing a beautiful used piano in pristine condition for a great price, and it was delivered within days with zero hassle and as promised, including 5-year warranty and free one-time tuning after delivery. Given how beautifully all of the pianos had been restored, I've confident they will honor the warranty and do an exceptional job in case any issues should arise.

While we visited Mi Kim first, we then shopped around to various other stores to see if we could find a better deal. Turns out, Silicon Valley Piano also had the best prices on their pianos - likely due to their very specific focus on quality brands pianos in great condition, instead of hocking pianos of all shapes and quality. We had been dreading the piano purchasing process as we knew very little about pianos and what to look for, the whole experience was so smooth and painless with Mi, it's still a bit surreal!

Certainly do your due diligence with other stores, but I would wholeheartedly recommend Silicon Valley Piano, especially if you're in the market for a high quality...
