The current English name of "旺旺美食" is Han's Kitchen, not Jia Jia Kitchen. The restaurant opens at 11 am, but their people work so hard and start working at 9 am to prepare the delicious food for their guests today. Because the weather is very hot today, I came to the restaurant to buy a cup of blueberry green tea to cool off and quench my thirst. It tastes delicious and not too sweet. After drinking it, the heat is gone and I felt energetic and refreshed. I would like to emphasize that the service attitude of the staff here are excellent, very empathetic, and treats others as they treat themselves, which is really precious.

Tips: Bring cash otherwise you will be charged for a small fees using credit card. Quick and easy cost about $11.50 for a meal with one entree (rice, porridge, or noodles) with 3 sides. Come early because close to the end of the night food are mostly gone. Staff suggested if you cant make it in time, call in and they will hold food for you. They also offered family meal. Food: Average, but portion size is decent. 4 stars because they are eager to help and friendly most of time.

Somewhere mentioned this place needs you to speak Mandarin, find out this is Fast Chinese Food. You can point to order, and choices of big or small boxes, that’s it! Warm food and/or cool food, both ready to eat. Use cash preferred, credit card payment will be charged with extra transaction fee.

This is the most terrifying restaurant experience I have ever experienced. I bought their bento certificates from them two years ago. I hadn’t visited this place for 1 and half year after the Covid-19 pandemic. Today, I tried to use out the last two bento certificates there. We arrived there before the restaurant open and waiting in line. Once it started serving food, a lady skip serving us and asked the people in front of her. I just wonder how she could skip people waiting in the line. After I got two bento boxes, the cashier told me I had to add two dollars for each bento box because the food cost increased in the past. I told her they were bento certificates and I prepaid for them. She kept telling me they explained that whenever people purchased the certificates. In the last, a rude guy came out from the kitchen. He told me he didn’t care about that’s bento certificates or not, he only knew the values of the certificates didn’t match their current bento price. After a few minutes of argument, he said he would give me two bento boxes and wouldn’t take the old certificates in the future. Comparing with other customers’ bento boxes, the two he gave to me had less stuff. After I got the two I threw away the two bento boxes because of the disgusting service. Bad service. I was the first customer, but I was ignored. Not honest/fraudulent. I was using certificates, not gift cards. You cannot charge the extra because of the cost difference. Otherwise, you should pay me the interest back. Not professional/fraud. If the restaurant denies the old certificates, it’s...

Although the setup is like ranch 99’s food court, but the taste is far better and most dishes beat the restaurant food . And compare with the money you pay for, you get more . Their cold dishes, such as cucumber, the spiced chicken, tofu noodle, ... are very good, can’t left the spicy mung bean jelly, yum yum!! The other dishes are very good too. Not too salty, not too much oil, not like a lot of other restaurants, when I order I have to keep on telling them less salt and less oil. I ordered the veggie dumplings from them for a long time and I went to other restaurant to order (for cheaper price), now, I still have those dumplings sit in my refrigerator and I’m going back...

This place is inside the building to the left. I've done a few delivery pickups from this place. Now, I just deny requests to pickup from this place.

It doesn't have a clear sign. It would be nice to see "Jia Jia Kitchen" written inside since there are multiple stores inside.

When I said I was here to pickup, I was told it's impossible to have food ready that fast so I need to wait 10 minutes. It ended up being about 30 minutes. This ruins our income since delivery people get paid by the task.

Worker offered us (other delivery folks) nuts which was nice, but it's covid time.

The guy in the back was doing the chin diaper deal.

Would I bring anyone to...
