VIP Barber Lounge — Attraction in San Jose

Made an appointment for my son to get a haircut for his birthday took him out of school for said appointment and ended up being double booked they asked if I could come back later but I had already taken my son out of school we get here and he gets his haircut by someone who doesn't know how to do his cut so I have to fix it for him because he didn't like it I Don see why you have a online booking when they can't keep to it this is the 5th time it's happened and aswell have people that don't need to be coached how to cut and if there's walkins welcome and people sitting around doing nothing do they not need the money maybe get people that want to work and please rather than looking at a empty shop wondering how it's...

So yesterday I made a appointment via online for Phil. I have been searching for a new barber since mine left the country. This is the 3rd shop in San Jose I have checked out. I made a appointment with Phil for a razor fade and a beard razor line up. I’m super picky and Phil did a amazing job. He was super melo and listen to what I wanted and literally gave me exactly what I asked for. Conversation in the shop was great. Very clean and organized. Phil has won the job of my new Barber. I took my sons for the first time at this barber shop and it was clean and we were welcomed as we walked in. Although the hairstylists were friendly, I will not be going back. The “hairstylist” did not tell me he wasn’t experienced with wavy hair.
