I stumbled upon Cali Pizza during one of my late-night food cravings, and boy, was I in for a wild ride. First off, let's talk about the ambiance—or lack thereof. The place felt like it was stuck in some '90s time warp with its outdated decor and dim lighting. It's as if they're trying to set the mood for disappointment from the moment you walk in.

Now, onto the menu. They boast about their "unique" pizza creations, but the reality is far from that. The choices were limited, and the toppings were nothing to write home about. I've had more excitement reading an instruction manual for assembling IKEA furniture.

I mustered the courage to order a couple of pizzas, hoping they might redeem themselves in the taste department. But oh, how wrong I was. The crust was so bland and lacked any sort of texture—it might as well have been a stale piece of cardboard. And don't even get me started on the sauce. It tasted like someone had dumped a can of tomato puree without bothering to add any seasoning.

The toppings, if you can even call them that, were sparse and looked like they were slapped on by a blindfolded toddler. If I wanted a pizza that resembled a barren wasteland, I'd have gone to the Sahara Desert for my meal.

To make matters worse, the service was laughable. The waitstaff seemed disinterested and could barely be bothered to take our orders. And when they did, they messed it up with a level of precision that could only be achieved through advanced incompetence.

But wait, the fun doesn't end there. The prices were as inflated as my disappointment. I wouldn't mind paying a premium for excellent food and service, but what I received was an astronomical bill for an experience that could only be described as "meh."

Now, I must admit, there is one tiny silver lining—just a speck. They had a decent selection of drinks, but even that couldn't salvage the disaster that was our dining experience.

In conclusion, I wouldn't wish a trip to Cali Pizza on my worst enemy. The only thing "unique" about this place is its ability to consistently underwhelm and disappoint. If you enjoy wasting your time and money on tasteless cardboard, by all means, give it a shot. But for anyone with functioning taste buds and a hint of self-preservation, steer clear of this culinary abyss. You'll thank me later. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to find some real pizza to wash away the taste of regret...

Thought I’d try a new pizza place. I ended up regretting my decision to choose Cali Pizza. Based upon reviews, I ordered Cali Pizza for delivery. The process was simple and the pizza and wings arrived hot within a reasonable time. Excited, I opened the boxes and was surprised to see pizza with dark brown cheese and small/ground/chopped toppings (meats veggies). I didn’t prefer the smell either. Don’t have words to describe it but it smelled metallic. Reminded me of the silver colored coatings on paper sleeves of Hot Pockets. I gave the pizza (combo & double pepperoni extra cheese) a fair chance but couldn’t eat em. I didn’t like the taste of either pizza. When biting into the pepperoni pizza the top layer of cheese and pepperoni slide off the bottom layer of cheese and pepperoni. It was if the pepperoni pizza was pre-made and the extras were simply added on top. The pizza was layered. The wings looked better. They were roasted and sauces were included for dipping. The wings were not tossed in the sauce. I didn’t prefer the texture of the wings-a little rubbery. I ate three wings and a slice of each pizza; definitely felt like I got ripped off $60. I work late and regularly door dash orders to meet me at home so I don't have to cook. Total user error on my part made a mistake on my wife's pizza order. I called them right as they were closing and they took a phone order and had it to me in the seven minutes it took me to get there. I am a meat eater and my wife is vegan and we both are always beyond satisfied with the pizzas.
